What Is the Keeper Universe?

The Keeper Universe is a fictional world composed of three realms: The Wake, The Fold, and The Veil. The stories within it follow the Keepers of the Veil—souls who have returned from death and now serve as guides for the lost or unready. Their duty is to shepherd souls through the Veil to whatever lies beyond. In doing so, they preserve the balance of the liminal space, guarding it from decay, madness, and celestial intrusion.
